SPECIAL MEMBER MEETING

A Special Member Meeting Has Been Called:

FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE RECALL OF SEVEN (7) Board of Directors
September 28, 2024 – Orcas Center from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

The Association has received two certified petitions to recall members of the Board of Directors. Between the two petitions, they seek to recall all seven of our existing Board Directors.

We are holding a special meeting on September 28th, Saturday at 5:00 PM at the Orcas Center, 917 Mt Baker Rd, Eastsound, for members to come and vote on both recall petitions. 

Today your official meeting notice with instructed proxy went out in the mail. You will be receiving them soon. Please read the instructions carefully, as a recall petition is fundamentally different than an election vote.
