Your proxy(s) for the Member Recall Meeting scheduled for September 28th were mailed on August 26th. You should have received them by now but if you have not, please notify the office at 360-376-2127. Please mail your proxy(s) in the blue dot envelope that was provided with the proxy. We would like your proxy mailed by September 14th. However, our election inspector will be collecting proxies up until September 28th. This will insure as many proxies as possible will be counted. You can also bring your proxy(s) to the meeting on September 28th.
