Eastsound Water Membership
Eastsound Water Users Association is a private, member-owned utility, created to provide for the potable water needs of our community. San Juan County has designated EWUA as the “preferred purveyor” in the Eastsound area, and EWUA has committed to developing service to support future development in our service area.
The process of becoming an EWUA member is best initiated with a brief phone conversation. Details on how to become a member and establish new service are outlined below in our Membership Process.
Similarly, if you have purchased a property with an existing EWUA membership, please contact us to complete the membership transfer process and set up the account in your name.
On the right side of this page, you can find, review, and download important membership information documents. You might also like to review our FAQ.
EWUA staff are happy to field any questions you may have. We can be reached at 360-376-2127.
