Our Service Area

Eastsound Water Users Association is a private, non-profit association owned by its members. We have agreements with San Juan County and the Washington State Department of Health to be the primary water purveyor in our Eastsound service area.

Our membership policies have been developed and adopted by the Association’s Board of Directors. These policies cover a broad range of topics that includes rates; membership obligations, policies and services; construction standards; and other important information. 

Eastsound Water’s Board reserves the right to amend the Association’s policies in accordance with the Bylaws, and EWUA can not ensure that the website documents reflect the most current policy changes.
