Understanding Your Instructed Recall Proxy
Greetings Members,
I thought this might help guide you in filling out your proxies.
Please check one of the three boxes at the top of your proxy in Section I:
If you check the first box naming Brian Ehrmantraut or the second box naming Mike Stolmeier, they will vote your proxy as it states under their name. Then all you need to do is go directly to the back page of the proxy and sign, date and put your proxy in the blue-dot envelope provided for you, and mail it in the postage paid envelope we provided by September 14th
If you check the third box, you must write Brian Ehrmantraut, Mike Stolmeier or another member in good standing who will be present at the meeting on the blank line. Then you can check each individual box below and the person you choose will vote your proxy on your behalf.
Then all you need to do is sign, date and put your proxy in the blue dot envelope provided for you and mail by September 14th. We would appreciate it, if you would return the proxy as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can bring your proxy to the meeting with your photo ID to be processed that evening. There will also be a voice vote if you wish to participate in that. If you want to protect your anonymity, we suggest you vote via proxy the night of the meeting or in advance. We would like to encourage as many members as possible to mail in their proxies in advance of the meeting for counting efficiency.
Last, be sure to verify the name and membership details on the sticker attached to your recall proxy.
